Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our bath & body products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, returns are permitted if they are made within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging.
  • After 14 days, returns will no longer be accepted.

Return Process:

  • Upon receipt of your return, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, you will be notified via email of your store credit.

Important Note:

  • All returned items will be inspected before store credit is issued.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage.

Order Issues: Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items

We take pride in ensuring that your products are carefully packaged and shipped. However, in the event you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and details of the issue.

Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We may request photos of the product and packaging for verification purposes.
  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process a replacement or store credit.

Body Butters & Temperature Advisory: By purchasing our products, especially the Body Butters, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of our Temperature Advisory, which states:

"Due to the natural composition of plant butters, our body butters may arrive in a melted or liquefied state, especially during warmer weather. This is completely normal and doesn’t affect the quality or effectiveness of the product."

We are not responsible for the consistency or texture of the Body Butters upon arrival due to temperature changes during transit.

Changes/Cancellation:

No changes will be made to an order once placed, including but not limited to shipping or billing addresses, payment types, and adding or removing items from orders. Please ensure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items, and correct shipping and billing information.

Order errors will result in cancellation. Contact us at hello@oilandgloryco.com to cancel within 24 hours of placing an order. Orders cannot be canceled once processed for fulfillment or shipped.
